1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

• The villa is available to guests after 4:00pm local time.
• The villa must be vacated by 10:00am local time on the day of departure.
• Only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa.
  

2. Do you provide air-conditioning and heat?
Yes, the villa has full air-conditioning and heat.

3.Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, ample linen and towels are provided in the villa.

4.Are there laundry facilities?
The villa has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

5.Are there cleaning supplies?
Basic cleaning items are provided, such as a mop and broom.  As a self-catering villa, you will be responsible for other needs, such as soap, cloths, etc. 

6. Is the villa cleaned daily?
No, the villa is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure, and is usually included in your rate.  A mid-stay clean can be arranged at additional cost.

7. Is the villa non-smoking?
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

8. Do you allow pets in the villa?
Pets are not permitted in the villa.

9. Where do we pick up the keys?
You will be provided with Keys for the front security gate, a key for the entrance foyer, a key for the villa and a key for the gate to the sandy beach.  Details of where to pick them up will be provided on completion of booking.

10. What if we need help?

• Once inside the villa, you will find a welcome package giving details of the complex amenities, details on using the villa’s facilities, and some local information, including local supermarkets, local police, fire brigade etc.

• In addition, we have a local management company available.  You will be provided with their telephone number in the unlikely event that there is a problem.
