The villa is ideally located less than a couple
of minute’s drive to the town centre of Moraira,
with its beautiful sandy beaches that were awarded
the prestigious Blue Flag for cleanliness and are
well tended and safe for family bathing.
There
is a fabulous marina and superb selection of pavement
cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. One hour's
drive from Valencia you can visit the 32nd America's
Cup in 2007 at Port America. Along the coast you
have the resorts of Javea and Denia and Altea.
There is spectacular scenery to be found inland,
with the villages of the Jalon and Orba valleys
surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves.
There are regular weekly markets
that take place during the summer months. For the
family there is 'Aqualandia' Water Theme Park,
the 'Mundomar'Animal Water Park and 'Terra Mitica',
one of Europe's largest Theme Park. There is something
